These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mustangelitewrestling.com (the "Site"), operated by Richardson Mustang Wrestling Club, a Texas nonprofit corporation doing business as Mustang Elite Wrestling. These Terms are effective as of June 22, 2026.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational website for Mustang Elite Wrestling, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth wrestling club based in Richardson, TX. The Site provides information about our programs, coaching staff, events, locations, and how to contact us.

Player registration is handled on a separate third-party portal (SportsEngine, at mustangwrestlingclub.sportngin.com) and is not conducted through this Site. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, enrollment, or contract for services. Registration is complete only when finalized through the SportsEngine portal in accordance with the terms presented there.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You agree not to: use the Site in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its functionality or the experience of other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; scrape, harvest, or automatically collect data from the Site without our prior written consent; transmit any malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications through the Site's contact form; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and page designs — is owned by or licensed to Richardson Mustang Wrestling Club and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. Linking to the Site's publicly accessible pages is permitted; framing or embedding the Site in other websites is not.

Information on the Site about our programs, schedules, and fees is provided for general reference only. Program details — including current fees, session dates, and eligibility requirements — are subject to change and are confirmed through the registration process.

Participation in Mustang Elite Wrestling programs requires completion of registration and any required waivers through the SportsEngine portal. Those waivers and registration agreements, not these Terms, govern your child's participation in club activities. Nothing on this Site creates a binding agreement for program enrollment.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on the Site — including schedules, fees, program availability, or event dates — is current, complete, or accurate at the time you view it. Always verify time-sensitive information through registration or by contacting us directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Richardson Mustang Wrestling Club, its officers, directors, coaches, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including USA Wrestling, the SportsEngine registration portal, and other external resources. These links are provided for your convenience only.

We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

Wrestling is a contact sport that carries inherent physical risks. Risks associated with participation in Mustang Elite Wrestling programs — and the waivers required before a wrestler may participate — are addressed in the registration process through the SportsEngine portal, not through this Site.

These Terms do not govern program participation, and nothing here limits or replaces any waiver or release you sign as part of registration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
