Dallas Families, Richardson Mat
North and Northeast Dallas stretch right up to the Richardson city line, making Mustang Elite Wrestling one of the most convenient club options for families in Lake Highlands, White Rock Lake neighborhoods, and the sprawl of Far North Dallas. From Lake Highlands, you can reach J.J. Pearce High School on N Coit Rd without touching a highway — a straight shot north. From Far North Dallas near the LBJ/635 corridor, US-75 carries you directly into Richardson in a short drive.
This is an important distinction: Mustang Elite does not operate a second facility in Dallas. All practices take place at J.J. Pearce High School, 1600 N Coit Rd, Richardson, TX 75080. Dallas families who join us make a quick trip north and find a full mat program waiting for them.
The Lake Highlands neighborhood is actually served by Richardson ISD — RISD attendance zones cross into Dallas proper — so many Lake Highlands families already have a natural connection to the RISD campus on Coit Rd.

Lake Highlands, RISD, and the Road to High School Wrestling
Lake Highlands is one of the most wrestling-aware communities in Northeast Dallas precisely because Lake Highlands High School — part of Richardson ISD — competes at a high UIL level. For Lake Highlands families, Mustang Elite Wrestling is the natural feeder club: your athlete learns on the same RISD circuit they will eventually compete in as a high schooler.
White Rock and the neighborhoods near Buckner Boulevard are a bit farther east but still reachable via Walnut Hill or Audelia to US-75 north. Far North Dallas families near Addison or the Preston Road corridor can take Coit Rd straight north into Richardson without accessing a freeway at all. The convenience factor is real for much of Northeast and North Dallas.
A Nonprofit Alternative to Dallas-Area Club Sports
Many Dallas families are accustomed to paying premium prices for competitive club sports. Mustang Elite Wrestling is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit — which means pricing reflects our costs, not a profit margin. For-profit wrestling and sport clubs in the DFW area often charge $90–$200+ per month. We aim to be the affordable, high-quality alternative. See current fees on our registration page.
